Meet Lisa Zelenak!

Texas Director of Business Development and Partnerships

Lisa Zelenak brings her Texas education journey full circle—from classroom teacher and school librarian to professional learning specialist, and now championing early childhood learning across the state.

With a strong foundation in HQIM, educator coaching, and statewide initiatives, she helps schools and centers implement high-quality Birth to PreK resources that align with Texas guidelines and make a big impact on little learners. Her passion lies in building strong foundations that last a lifetime—starting with our youngest Texans.

Learning Beyond Paper supports child care providers as they improve the quality of curriculum and professional learning services approved by CLASS®, Head Start, and the Texas Rising Star program.

Learning Beyond Paper is committed to providing affordable, high-quality early learning curriculum that nurtures each child's growth, prepares them for kindergarten, and empowering teachers with the tools and resources they need to create meaningful, engaging learning experiences.

  • Administrative Efficiency

Shared services can handle common administrative functions, such as: payroll, human resources, purchasing, and financial management. Additionally, providers save time by the streamlined provision of digital curriculum, assessment, and professional development. This centralization reduces duplication of effort and can lead to cost savings and more streamlined processes.

  • Quality Improvement

By joining a shared service organization, providers can access higher quality resources and training programs for their staff. This can include digital resources, such as:  curriculum, professional development, and support in your state's QRIS, quality initiatives, and state standards.
